1. Services Offered

The Listener provides supportive peer counseling and wellness chat services. We connect users with background-verified, trained active listeners. We do NOT provide clinical therapy, medical advice, diagnostics, or psychiatric treatments.

2. Professional Disclaimer

The services provided through this platform are NOT a substitute for professional mental health services, crisis hotlines, or medical interventions. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, a psychiatric crisis, or any medical emergency, please immediately call your local emergency numbers (e.g., 112 in India) or visit the nearest healthcare facility.

3. Wallet Recharges

Wallet recharges are consumed in real-time. Charges for chats are flat per-session, and calls are billed per-minute. If your wallet balance reaches zero, the active chat/call session will automatically terminate immediately.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully towards our listeners. Any verbal abuse, sexual harassment, hate speech, or threat will result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of your wallet balance, and potential legal actions.
